What our patients say

Real stories from real people improving their brain health

Thanks to Moneta I feel like I can really celebrate 65. Without Moneta, I don't feel like I could celebrate. Now I have so much to be thankful for.

Bryan
Patient

This program has moved me out of the state of confusion onto a place of awareness. I feel awake and engaged in life. For whatever reason the fog that loomed over me, made me fight everyday to participate in life.

Diane
Patient

Participating in the Moneta Brain Health program was very beneficial for me. The weekly activities provided "mental" exercises, and learned some tools to help me in areas I struggle with daily.

Kathleen
Patient

I learned to deal with one task at a time and to give my complete attention to that task rather than multitasking. I also learned to be patient with myself, not be so demanding of perfection.

Don
Patient

Thank you for the time and working with me on this. I feel more knowledgeable and I felt heard and you guys were able to make me feel comfortable.

Carol
Patient

Moneta was great, very useful, user friendly and used practical/purposeful exercises. Our therapist was exceptional. Everyone was very kind. The process was easy and I'd highly recommend Moneta to others.

CJ
Patient

Compassionate and professional. Treated with decency and respect. Erin, Jessie, and Jen are the absolute best.

Bryan
Patient

This program was very helpful with improving my memory. My therapist gave me the necessary feedback to assist me with developing improvement. She was so easy to talk to about issues.

Maria
Patient

I appreciate the opportunity to be in this program. I am the type of person that wants everything fixed now and I am grateful that everything is explained to me so that I can understand what is going on in my mind.

Frequently asked questions

Our clinical program has been designed to help older adults experiencing cognitive challenges, such as difficulty with attention or memory, due to mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or the early stages of dementia. The program is grounded in your goals and a cognitive assessment done by your therapist over the phone at the start of the program to make sure it's right for you. Many of our patients set goals related to areas such as improving their ability to communicate with family or friends, remember appointments, or remain focused on a task like cooking or reading.
